very cool workflow with IPTC ext.(back to index)
I just started using iView to embed the IPTC info in my jpgs. Because these are user definable fileds, you can do some slick custom work.

go here, then open the info&comments window. that's all from the iptc.ext. the 'caption' field in iView allows html. so now i'm working on geo spotting my jpgs.

I've always hated working with external info about photos, it's best to keep everything within the jpg itself. Now I can.
