The fb.php/post/ does not work do I need to create this folder?

Ivan, there is no /post/ folder — the /post/ bit is really an attempt to use a pretty URL (so you don't have to do ?page=post). If you are getting a 404 or no input file specified error when you try to do posting, change $use_alt_url in fb_settings.php to 1. If you're still having problems, leave a link to your blog and we'll see if we can sort it out.
