There's no settings you have to change — it should work as either. What sorts of errors are you getting?

Assuming the index.php in that same directory is the folderblog file, I'm not positive what the error is. Are you sure the file transfer completed? Try re-uploading it, and if that doesn't work I'll give it a closer look in the morning.

It works now. I guess it's because I had both fb.php AND index.php (same files) in the directory.
