Current thumb - size changeable?(back to index)Hi everyone! I wonder if it is possible (probably is but can't do it) change the size of the current & random jpgs. So they woul better fit on my frontpage.

Or if someone knows php-script for creating thumbnail-image on the fly. So it would take the latest image in photos-folder and output either actual file or url for browser...
I found lots of thumbnailers but none of them was just for the latest image. I would rather take photos than start to learn programming...

Heya.
I don't know any easy way to do what you want to achieve... IMHO, you'd need to modify the function createThumb() in fb.php (wich creates thumbs using the settings found in fb_settings.php), to create a system of exceptions for current & random jpgs).

Ok, thanks. That's too much php for me anyway :)
I think it's very strange that I can't find a one single copy of script I mentioned in my second post (which would make a thumb from latest image from given directory). I mean, there is about 5000 image tool scripts available. All they process whole folders. Maybe it's just too easy to construct.
I would just need a line calling that one latest mid-size thumb in my textpattern frontpage. Of course it can be achieved manually too, but... :)
