just a tiny thing, since you have the space along the right column here ---->
Why not list more than simply 1 featured folderblog photoblog? How about a 'folderblog blogroll?' maybe even rss'd so we all can add that on our links or about pages?
The single link looked nice in the original discussion, now with the space the links list has space to breathe a bit.
just a thought.
great idea, wondered also why "previous" shows all feautured (semantics?)...
that also made that wiki-stuff unnecessary.

"Previous" is meant as "previous[ly featured]". The 'showcases' in the wiki aren't redundant because they may well list blogs that haven't been featured here. I tend to only "feature" blogs that have created their own template or significantly modified one of the others — the wiki list may contain blogs that have great images but stick to a default template.
I'll think about adding to the list. I kind of like just one a week.

the good thing about one is that it gets all the attention, but on the other hand all the old ones are a bit forgotten under previous. so some sort of random list would be nice, or just one random link. but that would not help the new links, so the one a week (or maybe two) is a good system.
