e really cant understand why... i'm sure that all the permissions are ok... do you have any ideas?

i got no error messages... i just put the photos and in the thumbnails place it apears a red cross...

Jorge, you must 'post' your photos to create thumbs, if you put your photos in the folder 'photos' via ftp you can see the images but automatic thumbs do not work
