Una encuesta..questionnaire..Umfrage(back to index)Guys / Girls, I need some information from you that is important for future fb versions.
* Do you have the PEAR library installed? Especially the package "imagick"? get this detail about your server with phpinfo(); (http://de.php.net/phpinfo)
* does anybody want to test a modified version of fb, namely a new release of "folderblog ikue reloaded" for me? I cannot guarantee full compatibility from the start, but this is exactly why I need people for testing. ;) on my own server it works wonderfully with a lot of nasty extended functions.

PS: It would be great if testing people have at least a minimum level of programming skills, to give me exact hints on where we have to change some lines, maybe you even deliver complete pieces of source code.

Well, if you got a new version ready I'm interested in testing it. Not shure if imagick is installed on my server, but all the other usual things like safe_mode off, exif and so on are activated.
I'm still thinking, that a separate admin-panel would be nice. If you have the time have a look at Photoblogger (photoblogger.halof.de) which is in many aspects a similar script like fb, but has a nice control panel to change some settings and upload images. I think a separate admin.php would be the easiest way to achieve this.
