Actually I still have a question. So my server does have EXIF enabled yet no EXIF information appears. do i have to do something special to install the extension fb_exif.php?

No it should be activated automatically if you copy it into the extensions directory. Are you sure you set the camera tags in the template file correctly?

And daggerlee it may sounds stupid but are you shure there are exif-infos available in the image-file? I often save my images via the "save for web"-dialog in photoshop and wondering then why there is no exif-information is displayed. ;-)

I see, soon I should provide you with an extended library for EXIF manipulation I currently use on my own blog website... works completely server independent and can change the information on-the-fly. Very funky.

Yes, I can view the EXIF info with "Get info" in photoshop... I didn't touch the camera tags in the template, so I don't know?

Could you mail me your zipped folderblog-path and at least one of the photos that didn't work? You don't need to include the /photos and /thumbs subdirs but all the rest.

So the problem is definitly the EXIF-Information in your Image-File. More about that in my e-mail. ;-)
