Do you get any error message when you post the comment? Is the email address set up correctly in fb_settings.php?
The problem might have a couple of reasons... e.g., maybe your server does not offer the mail function.

I don't get any error message. Probably my server doesn't offer the mail function. Thanks anon. :)

You could create a php file for testing, see the above mentioned website for examples. Then you will be sure about it.
