I am using FB2.0.2 and completely confused with FB3. What is the difference between the two and what do I need to do to upgrade to FB3.

only advice i can give is:
if you want to test the folderblog3 beta is to read learn more-section and read donalds posts in the recent threads carefully. in my honest opinion its to early for some guidelines as this beta might vary from the final release... ( 2 hints: categoryfolder filled with images instead 0-files, post.php integrated into fb.php and accessed with fb.php/post/ )
