Hello Lucia, could you once try another template so we can figure out whether it is an almanac problem?

Now I can add captions but I receive warning:

Did you set up all the file and folder permissions like described in the installation manual of folderblog? Maybe you didnt give these to the Thumbs folder.

yes i did... and I checked it write now... everything is set up as requested...

Okay, this seems to be already one error message less (the JPEG one is missing, not?). The one about rss.xml should only occur if you post new photos, or add descriptions/titles to them, right?
I am not specifically informed about this issue, it also still occurs with my own blog but as it just happens in editing mode, I dont care that much. I guess you need to create somewhere a file called rss.xml and give writing rights to it. But I am sure, you find more details about this in the olders postings in the discussion forum.
