Guys, this can have a variety of reasons. First of all, as I guess you talk about folderblog3 and mean the individual captions every single picture can have: check the main template you used whether it includes the necessary tag that is later replaced.
If I am not totally wrong, the tag is called "<#fbtitle#>". Include it somewhere in the source code and see what happens.
